Every service begins with understanding where your home is starting from. Here's how it works.
Regular Clean Includes
High and low dry dustingVents, fans, ceiling corners, and baseboards
All surfaces wiped downCountertops, shelves, ledges, and tabletops
Kitchen thoroughly cleanedAll appliances wiped, inside the microwave wet wiped and polished
Bathrooms cleaned & disinfectedFull scrub and sanitize of all bathroom surfaces
Beds madeSheets straightened and pillows arranged
Vacuuming & moppingAll floors vacuumed, hard floors mopped
Need a little more? These services can be added to any clean — just request them when you book.
We want to be upfront about what falls outside our service so there are never any surprises.
Waste cleanupWe do not clean feces or urine of any kind, and we do not clean litter boxes
Excessive trash removalWe're happy to provide a reference if you need a junk removal service!
Party cleanupPost-event cleanups are outside our regular service scope
Post-construction cleanupConstruction debris and dust require specialized equipment
Laundry or dishesThese are not included in any service tier
We use trusted, effective products that are safe for your home and family. Every product is chosen with care.
These aren't restrictions — they're just things worth knowing so we can take the best possible care of your home and belongings.
We're happy to move up to 15 items while cleaning. For areas with 15 or more items, we will clean around them rather than move everything. A little pre-visit tidying helps us do a more thorough job.
We cannot lift or move heavy furniture. If you'd like us to clean behind or under specific pieces, please move them before your visit and we'll clean those areas.
We do not climb ladders. However, we have specialized extension tools for high-reach areas like tall ceilings, high shelves, and ceiling fans — so nothing gets skipped.
We are careful and light-handed with all items. For most things we'll lift and clean underneath. For items that appear very delicate — fine glasswork, thin sculptures, fine china — we will clean around them to keep your belongings safe.
